It’s an escape
It’s a little journey
An adventure
A ride

I write
My thoughts
Never ending
They are

These words
Fresh from mind
Picturing a scene
Left unspoken

Gives me peace
If only for
A little while
As in dreams

May someday
Gives me hope
Keep the fire
Alive

Let the rain
Washes away
All the sorrow
And the pain
Refreshing

Let luck comes
My way
Though I tend to say
Come what may
