Sleepiness kicking in
Brain’s malfunctioning
Goosebumps appearing
Purple hands shivering
Cheeks are burning
Stomach’s grumbling
Soon I should be going
Tomorrow I’ll probably be crying
There’s no denying
Wondering if this is an impasse
Or just another traffic light to pass.
